Sign up to the Leon Lovers Club and you’ll get a voucher for a free small box, and also a treat on your birthday.
2-4-1 or 50% off with Tastecard
You can save 50% with Tastecard at hundreds of restaurants. I’ve got a post which I regularly update with the latest Tastecard offers, often including one month free or a four-month trial for £1. Well worth giving it a go and seeing if you think you’ll use it regularly. There’s also Gourmet Society which does a similar thing.

Free Hotel Chocolat treat on your birthday
If you sign up to Hotel Chocolat’s VIP ME scheme you’ll get a free gift on your birthday (I got a free £5 voucher to spend), as well as other offers through the year such as 15% off your next purchase. You can only sign up in-stores.
Takeaway tea and coffee deals
Free hot drinks with O2
You can often pick up a free coffee from Cafe Nero with the O2 Priorities app – which anyone can get with this trick.
“Free” tea or coffee at Waitrose
If you sign up to the My Waitrose membership scheme you can get a free hot drink when you buy something. BUT you’ll need to bring a reusable cup with you.
50p off Pret hot drinks, 30p Starbucks, 25p elsewhere with a reusable cup
If you take in a reusable mug you will get a 50p discount on hot drinks at Pret and 25p at other chains. In fact from mid-July you’ll pay 5p more at Starbucks for a paper cup, so bringing a reusable cup will save you 30p.

Takeaway deals and offers
Free dessert with Deliveroo
Over Valentine’s weekend (until 16th February 2020) you can pick up a free dessert when you order a main at thousands of restaurants via Deliveroo. It’s not every restaurant so the choice will depend on where you live, but it includes chains such as Itsu, Byron, Frankie & Bennies and Bills. You get one dessert for every main, though not every main will be part of the offer.
50% off Dominos in London and Yorkshire
There’s a trick with Tastecard to get half-price pizza every day of the week at Domino’s. I’ve written more about it here.
It might be worth mentioning that the BCWYC-223 Approved Food code doesn’t work, but if you register they automatically send you a working code for half-price delivery and I’ve been receiving promotional offers everyday since – all with half price delivery codes.
