Save money on beer!
Craft beer is no longer something you have to hunt around or pay over the odds for (though you easily can). Most supermarkets will stock some decent beers that are actually drinkable and there are subscription clubs and specialist beer shops that are worth checking out too.

Supermarket deals
Eight beers, including Brewdog for £9 at Tesco
This is a really good deal. Tesco is selling eight beers for £9 – essentially two eight-packs. This works out as £1.13 per can. The selection includes Brewdog’s Elvis Juice IPA, Goose Island IPA, Four Pure’s Session IPA and Vocation’s Life & Death IPA.

Clearance sale
The Scottish brewery is rebranding and therefore clearing out the stock on most cans and bottles with the old design. There’s bottles of Elvis Juice for £1 and 4-packs of Dead Pony Club and Punk for £3.50, as well as a few seasonal beers down to 80p. So good savings. However there is a £5 delivery charge so you need to buy enough to make it worthwhile.
It’s probably worth checking in your local supermarket too to see if they’re selling off old designs at lower prices.

I really like Honest Brew’s selection, including my fave brewery’s Kernel and Cloudwater.

From time to time Beer52 also offer heavily discounted boxes of beers that are close to or just past the best before date. They’re still good to drink, and I once picked up a fantastic Stone Brewery box with 8 beers for about £12. I’ll add any of these deals I spot below.
